Our experience with Matthew was fantastic! This was our second time enjoying his hospitality, and he went above and beyond to make it memorable and enjoyable for everyone. It was definitely worth the money, and we look forward to many more tours during our next visit to Australia, especially in Melbourne!

Mathew was a great guide and safe driver for our family of 10! He was knowledgeable about the different attractions and even had many little stories to tell along the way.
Even when we had a couple of hiccups, he was accommodating and willing to help us shift our itinerary around so we could see as much as we can.

Our guide and driver, Matthew was punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable and humourous. The itinerary to see snow at Lake Mountain was well planned with other sightseeing activities like waterfall included as well.
